Plans, contracts, and cost
No. Everything is month-to-month — no long-term contracts, ever. Cancel with 30 days’ notice. We earn your business every month, not lock you into one.
Essentials ($750/mo) covers site maintenance, hosting oversight, Google Business Profile management, and an Online Review Engine starter. Growth ($1,500/mo, our flagship) adds a local SEO foundation, the full Online Review Engine, AI search visibility optimization (including AI Trust Signals), lead-capture automation, and a quarterly strategy call. Scale ($2,500/mo) adds AI agents, CRM automation, and an advanced reporting dashboard. Full breakdown on the pricing page.
List price is $2,500. Start on any retainer plan and we waive it down to a $500 setup fee — the rest is forgiven over your first six months. Cancel before then and only the unforgiven balance is due.
Our first five clients lock in Growth at $1,000/mo instead of $1,500, guaranteed for 12 months, in exchange for a testimonial, case study rights, and two referral introductions. It’s a limited program — ask us whether a spot is still open.
No — it’s a price lock, not a term commitment. It guarantees your rate can’t go up for 12 months. The engagement itself stays month-to-month.
Yes. Month-to-month means you can move up to Scale when you’re ready for more automation, or down to Essentials if your needs change.
Give us 30 days’ notice. If you’re still inside your first six months on a waived build, only the remaining unforgiven balance is due — no penalty beyond that.
Essentials covers maintenance and reputation basics — it doesn’t include local SEO buildout or AI search visibility work. Growth is built for businesses that want to actively rank higher and generate new leads.
A $1,000/mo add-on for Growth and Scale clients once their local SEO foundation is complete (typically month 3+). Citations and on-page work are finite; earned links and press coverage are the one lever that keeps compounding — so it’s offered as its own add-on once the foundation is in place.
